Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

    October 9th = 30 min - 2.23 miles (run-jog min / walk 3 min)
    Oct 10th = rest (Dad’s & Breanna B-day) lawn work
    Oct 11th = 30 min - 2.28 miles (2:30 run/jog & 2:30 walk)

    Nothing too strenuous
