4.3 Miles Around Long Pond in 83F Heat
Did a decent pace around Long Pond today in 83F 78%RH. Ran with a partner, and was able to talk through all of it but one of the hills.
Here are the splits 9:28, 10:08, 9:56, 10:22, total time 46.57 total length 4.36 miles.
