Monday and 5.3 miles down
Didn't get a chance to run yesterday, spent all day working in the garden and didn't have the energy left.
Today I had more fun running 5.3 miles in 52:16.
Here are the splits 9:10, 8:55, 10:11, 10:41, 9:21
