Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

3 Miles Without Pain

I ran for the first time in a week today. It felt great to be out there. I had a little discomfort on my foot, but it was gone shortly after the run.
Nice easy pace. GPS wasn't working, but I completed the three miles in 25 minutes. I'm going to run again on Thursday after I see the Cardiologist. Anyone know what in inverted t wave means?
