Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

5.38 Miles Around Long Pond

Today, I ran CCW around Long Pond just to if I would see a difference in the time. Today, the temp was 72F with 68%RH yesterday it was 64F with 72%RH. The time including cooldown was 53:35 but the big difference can be seen in the mile splits: 9:23, 8:56, 10:14, 10:23, 9:21 total time 48:17, but I had to what for traffic :(
yesterday, the total was 48:40 so maybe it just feels like its harder.
Here is the MyTracks data. P.S. MyTracks says that the difference was 0.4 miles CardioTracker says the difference is 0.12 miles.
