Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

8.2 Miles and Ready for More

I ran 8.2 miles in 1:14:33 today and I didn't feel anything bad in my feet. If it's not raining Sunday, I'm going to run 12 miles. I think.

Here are the splits for todays run.

9:20, 8:36, 9:06, 8:34, 9:40, 9:37, 9:23, 8:55
