Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

4.5 miler

1 Mile warm-up
2.5 miles @ 8.2 mph
.4 miles @ 9 mph
.1 miles @ 10.5 mph
.5 mile cool-down.
The last half mile was at a 1%grade, at each half mile before that I set the grade to 3% for a tenth of a mile.

This wasn't a speed workout, I really concentrated on form.

Oh yeah, I did power yoga last night.
