Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

Forcast for the night before my first 5k this year:

Friday Night: A chance of rain and snow before 1am, then rain, snow, and sleet between 1am and 4am, then snow and sleet, possibly mixed with freezing rain after 4am. Low around 29. Windy, with a east wind between 30 and 35 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow and sleet accumulation of around an inch possible.

It's almost comical.
