A Sunday Wondering.

How to you turn an easy 8 mile run into a not quite easy 9.7 mile trot? Miss a turn run some more and then miss another turn and turn an eight mile loop into a funky there and back. Here is the MyTrack with my shitty path.

Here are the splits mile 1 - 9 10:36, 9:46, 9:54, 11:25, 10:22, 10:05, 10:36, 11:31, 11:42.

As a bonus it doesn't help when your shoes are eating your feet.
