Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

10.5 Miles Around Freetown - Fall River State Forest

I went up North of Copicut Reservoir again. This time I didn't get lost and had a great run. I ran on a trails, gravel and asphalt. There where lots of long hills and a bright sunny sky. Temp was a perfect 57F. And my lungs worked better then they have in weeks. I wonder if I was fighting the upper bronchial infection that Heather went on antibiotics for.
Here is the MyTracks data (not complete due to a reboot - damn droid)

Here are the splits 10.5 miles in 1:45:17
11:20 (had trouble with the phone), 9:41, 9:36, 9:11, 9:07, 11:01 (had a half a Banana), 10:09, 11:19, 9:35, 8:24 (realized that I had a lot left so I stretched it out a little) then I cooled off for the last 0.5)
