8 miles in 64 minutes

Foot didn't feel too bad, icing it now.  I'm reading too many horror stories about heal spurs.  I'm calling it plantar fascitis. I ran by one of those highway signs that shows how fast you are going, it said "8."

BTW, my gas is so bad that if I described it accurately to you it would make your eyes burn.  Taking some probiotics to put some bacteria back into my guts.
