Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

4.33 Trail miles in 42:08

Great run today, the weather was perfect 53F, dry just a little too much wind.
Splits: 9:13

A couple of notes, I was looking at the intermediate level running plan and it has two longer runs per week. If I want to accomplish this I'm going to have to adjust my running schedule and wake up early on Wed or Thurs.
Also, today during my run on the long uphills, I concentrated on using larger stones to help me up the hill and it worked very well. Took my mind off the ordeal and gave me a platform to push off of. I think this is something that was alluded to in "Born to Run" but I can't remember exactly where. Anyway, it helped me alot today and I thought that I'd throw that out there.
