Is it time to run yet?

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a lion or gazelle - when the sun comes up, you’d better be running.

Four miles from my door

I'm taking a couple of day of vacation because Logan is on spring break. He's not quite old enough to leave alone, so I have to train before Heather leaves for work. Turns out that I don't know how to run just after waking up, or I've got an early form of bronchitis (Heather is on antibiotics for it) or I've got allergies. Anywho, my lungs just didn't feel like they where opening up today.

Here are the splits 4 Miles 35:26. 8:42, 8:26, 8:47, 9:31.

  1. Sorry to hear about that :( There's some gunky stuff going around.

  2. I struggle running early in the morning because I am dehydrated. Being hydrated makes a huge difference in my running.
