Yoga
Did some yoga this morning. Think I will run 8 outside tonight, weather permitting.
I hope that everything works out ok for you. How is your calf?
ReplyDeleteCalf seems to be in pretty good shape after running my 8 miles. Hopefully it will still feel that way in the morning.
ReplyDeleteGood to here, no real physical issues for me, I am a little worried that my shines occasionally get a little sore.
